摘要
建立测定地黄药材及成药制剂增液口服液中梓醇的含量。地黄药材用甲醇加热回流1h提取；成药制剂增液口服液用正丁醇萃取。采用反相液相色谱法测定，流动相为乙腈－0.1%磷酸(1∶99)，检测波长为210nm。可测出地黄药材中梓醇的含量，回 收率为98.3%，RSD小于2%。并可测出增液口服液中是否含有梓醇。本方法简便可靠，可用作地黄药材及其成药制剂的质量控制。
To determine catalpol in Radix Rehmanniae and Zengye Oral Liquid, and provide the inspecton method for quality evaluation,A HPLC method was set up. Radix Rehmanniae was extracted by methanol through heating reflux for one hour. Zengye Oral Liquid was extracted by n-butyl alcohol.Separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm，i. d. 5μm)with acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid(1∶99)as the mobile phase and determination at 210nm. The method is simple, reproducible and can be used in drug control.
