摘要
随着搪瓷工业的发展,搪瓷产品已深入到人们的家庭生活中。用户要求搪瓷表面有很好的可清洁性,因此正确测定搪瓷表面的可清洁性已越来越引起广大搪瓷工作者的注意。 过去曾有人用茶水或墨水作为污染剂,涂于搪瓷表面,通过比较污染前后瓷面白度的降低值来判断瓷面的可清洁性。但该法有一定的局限性,误差较大,且试样只能为白色。本文介绍一种新的测试方法,即用荧光分析法来测定搪瓷表面的可清洁性。
A new method, fluorescence analysis method, for cleanability measurement of enameled surface is described. According to the principle of fluorescence analysis, the water-soluble fluorescent contaminant has been applied to the enameled surface as a source of contamination. After a mechanical cleaning of the surface, the remaining contaminant on the surface has been extracted by water. The measured fluorescence value of the extractive has then been compared with that of the standard sample and the result is taken as the technical datum of the enameled surface cleanability.
