摘要
介绍了磁场对金属材料固态相变影响的研究进展。磁场可改变相稳定性,诱发铁磁合金中的马氏体生成,提高Ms点的温度;影响生成相的形貌,在一些相的生成过程中施加磁场会使这些相的微观排列方向与磁场方向一致;此外磁场还有抑制再结晶、降低焊接试样内应力等效果。初步探讨了磁场对固态相变的作用机制。
This paper reviews recent progress in research on the effects of magnetic fields on solid phase
transformation-Magnetic fieds have been shown to influence phase stability;for example,they can induce martensite in iron-base alloys and increase the Ms temperature of the fee→bcc structure martensitic transformation.Application of a magnetic field during the growth of some phase can produce an alignment with the field and change the morphology of the growing new phase.In addition,other properties such as recrystallization and inner stress can also be affected by magnetic field:recrystallization can be restrained when magnetic field is used and residual stress can be reduced.The mechanism of the magnetic field acting on solid phase is discussed.
