摘要
对目前火电厂燃料管理的落后环节和不适应因素进行了分析 ,给出燃料管理的信息化解决方案 ,目的在于最大限度地降低生产成本和煤耗 ,使资金能更有效地利用 ,并归纳总结了合同的质价分类、按批次计算价格、煤耗的分析计算等关键技术的解决方法。该燃料管理系统保证了成本计算分析、煤耗计算分析和经济活动分析更加快速、准确、合理 。
The inadaptable factors and bottlenecks of fuel management in present therm al power plants are analyzed and an information solution is presented.The system aim s at reducing the production cost and coal consumption to a m inim um and making use of capitals more efficiently.Moreover,conclusions are drawn for some key techniques,such as quality- price classification of contracts,price calculation of batches,analysis and calculation of coal assum ption,etc. The fuel management system can guarantee the analysis and/or calculation of cost,coal assum ption and econom ic action m ore rapid,accurate and rational,especially make great progress in fuel m anagem ent of power plants.
