非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病的药物治疗及进展 被引量：6

摘要 Ⅱ型糖尿病 (非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病、NIDDM )是一种由胰岛素分泌及其功能缺陷之间互相影响所引起的异质性疾病。通常治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的药物有磺酰脲、二甲双胍、α 糖苷酶抑制剂 (阿卡波糖 ) ,这些药物可以单用 ,也可以合用。随着对糖尿病基础理论研究的深入 ,以及临床药理学的迅速发展 ,治疗糖尿病的药物已突破了传统的磺酰脲类、双胍类等化学结构上的限制 。
