To inquire into the effective approach to strengthening the diathesis education of the medical affair personnel in new situation, it is expounded in this article that in new situation, for adapting the translation of the whole medical mode, the education of improving the whole diathesis should be taken to the medical affair personnel. That is: the medical ethics and the style education; the post early education; the incumbency education; the consciousness education of the science and technology improving the hospital; the psychology diathesis education.
