摘要
目的 :探讨食管癌术后乳糜胸的诊断与治疗。方法 :对我院 1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 5月 185 3例食管癌术后并发乳糜胸17例的治疗进行分析。结果 :14例经胸腔内注射红霉素 ,治愈 11例。手术治疗 6例 ,治愈 5例 ,死亡 1例。结论 :食管癌术后乳糜胸患者 ,胸腔引流量每日不多于 15 0 0ml,可试用红霉素胸腔内注入 ,不失为有效的方法之一。
Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative chylothorax of esophagus carcinoma. Methods: 17 cases with chylothorax out of 1853 after surgeries for esophagus carcinoma in our hospital for Jan, 1995 to May, 2000 were studied retrospectively. Results: Thoracic cavity injection of erythromycin cured 11 patients out of 14; sugery cured 5 out of 6, the other died. Conclusion: For liquid content less than 1500ml, thoracic cavity injection of erythromycin could be useful for postoperative chylothorax of esophagus carcinoma.
