摘要
首先 ,分析了目前主成分分析用于多指标评价中存在的对指标不加选择的滥用倾向、未考虑评价者的价值判断、以及是否需要多主成分合成等评价相关问题 ,特别是指出了传统方法存在信息量权二次加权问题。其次 ,本着在多指标评价理论框架之下对主成分分析进行“主观化”改造的思想 ,提出分级指标体系设计、增加重要性权(二次加权 )等观点 ,构建了适用于半结构化问题的“主成分评价”方法体系。进一步地 ,依据问题指标重要性差异和指标体系相关度差异 ,对目前主成分分析用于多指标评价各种方法及其适用条件进行了系统的分析。最后以一个简单的实际案例加以验证。
Because of the essential difference between evaluation and statistic analysis,principal component analysis (PCA) must be altered to principal component evaluation (PCE) to match the purpose of multivariate evaluation. Some main subjects are discussed such as the construction of variable set,the synthesis of evaluation value,and the weight problem,etc. Using the PCE program, a simple case study is draw to verify the reliability of these alterations.
