摘要
对马尔可夫链 (MarkovChains)的基本理论、转移概率、状态的分类以及平稳分布等内容进行了研究 ,提出了灌溉工程系统平稳分布、工程运行效益、工程维修优化策略和工程状态预测计算方法 ,并将其应用于黄河下游引黄灌溉工程运行、维修、技术改造以及效益分析等 。
The fundamental theory, transfer probability, classification of states and stable distribution, etc. of Markov chains, have been studied. The stable distribution, benefits of projects operation, optimizing strategies of project maintenance and calculation method of predicting project states for irrigation project system are proposed and applied to the operation, maintenance, technical reform and benefit analysis for the irrigation projects of water diversion from the lower Yellow River.
