摘要
目的 了解劳教妇女艾滋病知识掌握情况及人所前相关危险行为发生率,为制定针对劳教妇女的艾滋病干预方案提供基线数据。方法 采用问卷调查表,对某妇教所的劳教妇女进行了一对一的当面调查。结果（1）调查对象的平均年龄为 25.5岁;70.1％未婚;文化程度以初中为主,文盲/半文盲者占7.6％;入所前55.5％无职业;有64.3％吸毒,10.5％卖淫,18.9％既卖淫又吸毒。（2）调查对象对性交、共用注射器、母婴传播等主要艾滋病传播途径的知晓率均高于95％,但对艾滋病基本知识及在哪些情况下不会传播艾滋病的了解却有待提高。（3）在与男性发生过性行为的劳教妇女中,有 34.5％的人有过 4个或 4个以上的性伴,且未婚者中该比例达40.4％,明显高于已婚者（P<0.05）。29.4％的劳教妇女承认曾卖淫,在曾卖淫的劳教妇女中,33.3％在与嫖客发生性行为时,每次都使用避孕套;11.9％的人从不使用避孕套。（4）83.2％的调查对象吸食或注射过毒品,而其中98.3％只吸食或注射海洛因,有1.7％的劳教妇女在吸食或注射海洛因的同时也服用过摇头丸。在注射吸毒者中,59.6％的人共用过注射器。结论 劳教妇女中艾滋病相关危险行为发生率高,针对她们的艾滋病知识宣教工作有待加强,同时应更加注意对她们进行艾滋病危险行为的矫正工作。
Objective To master AIDS awareness and AIDS - related risk behaviours among women imprisoned for reeducation through labour, and provide baseline information for AIDS intervention. Methods Questionaires were used to conduct face - to- face interviews. Results (1) The average age of the surveyed women was 25. 5 years;most of them received junior middle school education, and 7.6% was illiterate or semi - illiterate; 55.5 % had no regular job before their confinement. 64.3 % used drugs, 10.5% had illegal commercial sex activity and 18.9% had both of the two behaviours. (2) The surveyed women were well informed about main routes of transmission of AIDS, but should improve their awareness about some AIDS basic information and their understanding of avoiding HIV transmission. (3)For women having sex intercourse with men, 34.5 % had 4 or more sex partners, and 40.4 % of them were unmarried, indicating that the percentage was obviously higher than among married women( P <0.05).29.4% had illegal commercial sex activity, and among them 33.3% used condoms consistently in intercourse with their clients and 11.9% never used condoms; (4) 83.2% were drug users, 98.3% of them only used heroine, and 1.7% used other drug simultaneously; 59.6% of injecting drug users shared needles with others. Conclusion The prevalence of AIDS - related risk behaviours among women imprisoned for reeducation through labour is very high and AIDS knowledge education should be strengthened.
