用Judd-Ofelt理论计算Tm^(3+)掺杂的磷酸盐玻璃光谱参数 被引量:1

Judd-Ofelt parameterization analysis of Tm^(3+) doped phosphate glasses

摘要 测试了 6 0 P2 O5- 39RO- 1Tm2 O3 (R=Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Zn)和 6 0 P2 O5- (39- x) Ba O- x Al2 O3 -1Tm2 O3 (x=0、3、6、9、12、15 ) (mol% )掺 Tm3 +磷酸盐玻璃系列的吸收光谱 ,确定了 Tm3 +离子在磷酸盐玻璃中的能级结构 ,并根据 Judd- Ofelt理论计算了强度参数 Ωt(t=2、4、6 ) ,给出了 Tm3 +离子的振子强度、自发辐射电偶跃迁几率等光谱参数 . Optical absorption of Tm 3+ ions in 60P 2O 5 39RO 1Tm 2O 3(R=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Zn) and 60P 2O 5 (39 X)BaO XAl 2O 3 1Tm 2O 3(X=0?3?6?9?12?15)(mol%) glasses has been measured.According to Judd Ofelt theory the spectral strenth parameters Ω t (t=2,4,6) of those glasses have been calculated.Meanwhile,the spectral parameters including oscillator strength,spontaneous emission probablility and branching rations of Tm 3+ have been calculated.
