摘要
为了测量LED/LD的功率 电压 电流特性曲线 ,合理选择其工作点 ,设计了一种采用集成运算放大器的测量电路 ,其中包括电流源、稳压、调节等部分 .经实验 ,由所得数据做出的LED/LD的功率 电压 电流 (P U I)特性曲线与其理论曲线相符 ,从而说明本测量电路设计的可行性 .
In order to achieve the power voltage current (P U I) characteristic curve of LED/LD, and choose the setting condition of LED/LD effectively, a measuring system including the power source,stable voltage, adjusting design, and so on was described. The consistency of characteristic curve in experiment result with theoratical curve illustrated the feasibility of this measurement system.
