摘要
通过对国内外农村水利现代化发展状况的阐述 ,提出了我国经济发达地区农村水利现代化建设中必须引起重视的一些问题 ,如必须与当地社会经济发展水平保持一致 ,注重生态环境保护 ,以及提高雨水利用率等。
The present situation of water conservancy modernization in rural area in China and other countries are described. Some questions that we need pay close attention to are put forward. Firstly, modernizing water conservancy in rural areas must be accord with the local social and economical development level. Secondly, ecological environment protection should be emphasized in rural area conservancy development. Thirdly, more attention should pain to rainfall utilization in development of water conservancy in rural area.
