摘要
经过 4年的研究 ,结果表明插穗年龄和成熟度与抗腐性呈正相关 .对插穗消毒较好的药剂为 6 2 5单位 /mL链霉素、0 .0 2 %石灰波尔多液、综合性杀菌剂 .培育抗腐性强的插穗的插床含水量为 5 0 %～ 6 0 %、温度为 1 5～ 2 2℃ .
After four years study,the results showed that there are positive correlation between rot resistance and maturity age.The better pharmacentical products to cutting ear's sterilization are streptomycin(625Unit/mL).Calx Bordeaux mixture (0.02%) and comprehensive bactericide.The water content is 50～60 percent,the temperature is 15～22 ℃ in the cutting bed which can breed strong resistance to rot.
