摘要
随着金融资产管理公司处置不良资产进度的逐步实施 ,金融资产管理公司在其存续期内完成既定目标并顺利实现转型的任务被提上议事日程。从国外的经历来看 ,金融资产管理公司主要有六种发展方向。根据我国实情以及国际金融环境发展的趋势 ,我国金融资产管理公司的发展方向应该是现代投资银行或金融控股公司 ,要采取措施促进这一转型时期的改革方向。
Along with the gradual practice of dealing with bad assets by the administrative company of financial assests of China,the administrative company of financial assets in its continous existence term has accomplished the fixed goal and the duty of practising smoothly transformation put into agenda.According to the experience abroad,there are six kinds of developing oriention of the administrative company of financial assests.According to the real situation of our country and the developing trend of international financial environment,the developing oriention of administative company of financial assets of our country should be modern investment bank or financial stock controlling company,we ought to adopt suitable measures to promote the reform oriention in this transformation stage.
