摘要
以原儿茶醛等水溶性总酚酸的紫外吸收度为检测指标 ,考察了不同水提醇沉工艺对水溶性酚酸类成分的影响 ,对水提醇沉法制备滇丹参中的水溶性酚酸类成分进行了初步的研究。结果表明 ,6 5 % ,75 % ,85 %醇沉 ,水溶性总酚酸损失均小于 30 % ,并且水溶性总酚酸含量随醇沉浓度的增加略呈递增趋势。
Several water-alchohol extraction methods for the aqueous depsides from radix salvia yunnanensis were compared in this paper.The extraction yield of protocatechualdehyde was determined quantitativelz by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The result shows that the content of the aqueous depsides increases with the alchohol concentration.The loss rats of aqueous depsides are less than 30% when the alchohol concentration is 65%,75% or 85%,using acid water to process the medical herbs can't raise the extraction rate of the aqueous depsides.
