摘要
在长达14年的中日战争中,侵华日军对中国人民进行了惨绝人寰的屠杀、竭泽而渔的“三光”政策、灭绝人性的细菌战和毒气战,并视中国劳工为“人肉机器”残酷压榨。中国人口因此而伤亡惨重,中国人民的精神受到极大损害,生存环境遭到严重影响。于情于理,日本政府都必须对中国人民的战争损失作出赔偿。
During the long period of 14 years of Japanese invasion,China was subjected to inhuman massacre by the Japanese soldiers,who carried out the extremely ferocious policy of burning all,killing all,and looting all,who committed savage bacteriological and gas warfare,and who looked downupon the Chinese people as the machines of human flesh,and ruthlessly oppressed and exploited them.As a result,the chinese population suffered heavy casulties; their minds were feriously hamed,and their living surrondings were savagely affected as well.Either by law or by sense,the Japanese govemment shall pay for the Chinese People's losses in the war.
