摘要
在唯象的层次上 ,科技黑箱指能满足需求的商品或服务 ,其中的科技知识和其他要素被集成于某种框架之中 ,消费者对此并不知晓 ,如同面对黑箱 ,只需按规程操作便可得到预期的输出。在理论的层次上 ,科技黑箱是一种特殊的存贮和传播、交流知识的设施。提出科技黑箱这一概念 ,在理论上有助于从一个新的角度理解科学和技术的关系、生产和消费的关系 ,以及知识经济。科技黑箱将成为技术哲学的重要概念。在实践上有助于推进技术转移和扩散 ,推进教育改革。科技黑箱还关系到中国等发展中国家赶超的重任。
In terms of phenomenal aspects,the blackbox of science and technology refers to the products or services which meet certain kinds of need.The scientific and technological knowledge as well as other elements are packaged into a certain kind of frame.The customers know nothing about the insides of this frame,just like they are facing a blackbox.All they need to do is to operate in accordance with procedures,and they will get the expected outputs.In terms of theoretical aspects,the blackbox of science and technology is a special facility which stores,disseminates and exchanges knowledge.Theoretically,this concept will help people understand,from a new point of view,the knowledge economy as well as the relationships between science and technology,production and consumption.The blackbox of science and technology will become a very important concept in technological philosophy.In practice it will contribute to the transfer and dissemination of technologies,and will advance the reform of education.It is also related to a great task,the catching up of the developing countries such as China.
