摘要
以往用于提高 Zn O压敏电阻器 8/2 0通流容量的方法对其静态性能有不良影响 ,笔者介绍了一种能同时提高 Zn O压敏电阻器的静态性能及 8/2 0冲击性能的方法。该方法通过调整 Bi2 O3、 Mn CO3含量 ,降低 Zn O压敏电阻器陶瓷晶界易迁移离子 ,改善晶界结构 ,可以在提高 Zn O压敏电阻器通流容量的同时降低电位梯度 ,改善静态漏电流及压比。
The normal measures for increasing withstanding capacity of ZnO varistors at 8/20 surge have negative effect to their static characteristics. The author presents a way for simultaneous measure of static and impulse characteristics of ZnO varistors. Through regulating the introduced amount of Bi\-2O\-3 and MnCO\-3, the concentration of ion immigration on particle boundary of ZnO ceramic which improves the boundary texture to decrease voltage stress, static leakage current and voltage ratio together with increase of withstand capability of ZnO varistors.
