Analysis of Bamboo Surface Roughness by Stylus Method

摘要 采用探针法测定了不同竹龄的毛竹竹青和竹黄在砂磨加工前后的表面粗糙度 ,用轮廓最大高度 (Ry)、微观不平度十点高度 (Rz)和轮廓算术平均值偏差 (Ra)三个分析因子对竹材表面粗糙度进行分析 ,并与水青冈和水曲柳等木材进行对比 ,结果表明 :竹材表面粗糙度随竹龄的增加而减小 ;竹青表面比竹黄更光滑 ;与水曲柳和水青冈相比 。 Surface roughness of Moso Bamboo (Phylltachys pubescens) was measured by a fine stylus method and analysed with three surface roughness parameters, which were maximum individual peak to valley height( R y),average roughness( R z) and mean peak to valley( R a). Results showed that the outer surface of bamboo was smoother than the inner part and the surface roughness was closely related to both bamboo age and sanding. Compared with the surface of Munchurian Ash (Fraxinus munchurica) and Beech (Fagus spp.) wood, the surface of outer bamboo was relatively smoother.
