摘要
本文应用DTA、TG、XRD、SEM等现代分析手段 ,研究目前较多应用的掺聚丙烯酰胺抗分散剂和磨细矿渣的水下不分散混凝土的水化性能。研究表明 ,聚丙烯酰胺将与水泥水化产物Ca(OH ) 2 反应形成有机钙 ,聚丙烯酰胺系抗分散剂将均匀分布在胶凝材料硬化体中 ,形成空间网状结构 ,磨细矿渣加入提高胶凝材料硬化体的机械性能。
In this paper,the hydration of a novel underwater anti-washout concrete containing synthetic polyacrylamide and superplasticize and grounding blast furnace slag was studyed by DTA,TG,XRD,SEM.It was shown that anti-washout additive was homogeneously distributed bo form space net structure in concrete.The polyacrylamide was reacted with Ca~ 2+ released from cement hydration to form-COO-Ca-OOC-and HO-Ca-OOC-.As a result,the space net structure of polymer in concrete was strengthened,the crystalline Ca(OH) 2 in pastes were minimized and the density of mature pastes was reduced.The mechanical properties of concrete added blast furnace slag were enhanced.
