1069例内科病人血尿酸病谱分析 被引量:5

DISEASE SCORE ANALYSIS OF SERUM URIC ACID IN 1069 MEDICAL PATIENTS

摘要 目的 :探讨内科各系统病人高血尿酸和低血尿酸的疾病谱。方法 :以内科住院病人主要诊断作系统、病种分类 ,以住院后最早检验结果与对照组血尿酸值进行统计学分析。结果 :有呼吸、循环、泌尿、风湿及代谢性疾病等四系统病人血尿酸值偏高 ;高血尿酸值的疾病有系统性红斑狼疮等 9种 ,低血尿酸值疾病有病毒性脑炎等 6种。结论 Objective:To sift the disease score of high serum uric acid (UA) and low serum UA through the comparative research on serum UA of medical patients.Methods:The diseases were classified according to the primary diagnosis of medical inpatients. The analysis basis were got from the earliest inspection results after being hospitalized.Results:Serum UA was higher in the 9 diseases,such as SLE and CHD et al,and lower in the 6 diseases, such as virus encephalitis et al.Conclusions:The disease score of serum UA in medical patients is expanded by case analysis.
