摘要
采用k-ε紊流数学方法,对带气幕的局部洁净空流场和污染场进行了模拟。分析了主流区单向流三要素。指出气幕射流力对气幕的隔断作用起主要作用。
Adopting the k -s turbulant flow model, Simulates the flow field and contaminant diffustion field of local cleanroom with air curtain. Analyzing three Key elements of unidirectional flow in main flow zone. Demonstrates efflux force plays primary role in segregative effect of air curtain.
