摘要
本文研究了混杂纤维复合材料参数设计与材料力学性能的关系。通过正交设计 ,三因子四水平的设计采用 16种配方 ,研究了增韧剂丁腈的含量、混杂纤维混杂比以及纤维总含量与材料拉伸强度和弯曲强度的变化关系。同时 ,改变纤维铺层的铺放顺序和铺放角度 ,寻求材料的优化结构 。
The relationship between parameter design and mechanical properties of hybrid fiber composite materials is investigated.Through orthogonal design,the experiment with three factors and four levels can be attained with sixteen formulations,including CTBN and hybrid fibers' content.The influence of content of various compositions on tensile and bending strength are specially studied.At the same time,in order to find the optimum structure of composites,layer sequence and angle are contrived,which benefit manufacture of torpedo propeller theoritically and practically.
