摘要
企业诊断是一门重要的应用管理科学,是管理咨询的重要的工作领域。企业诊断在我国发展时间并不长,理论和方法都不尽完善。诊断工作的开展急需理论的指导,这就要求理论工作者不断的探索和发掘。文章将从企业诊断体系构建的角度对企业诊断的基本原理进行的探索。
Enterprise diagnosis is an important applied management science and also is an important field of management consultation. For it抯 not long that enterprise diagnosis appears in China, the theory and method about enterprise diagnosis is not perfect, which is need the guidance in theory. The fundamental principle for enterprise diagnosis is studied from the view of enterprise diagnosis system construction.
