摘要
环境因子是可靠性评估中的一个重要参数 ,其相关问题的研究一直为可靠性工程所关注。本文从一个崭新的角度对服从特定寿命分布的产品的环境因子进行了讨论 ,并且得到了失效机理不变的必要条件。本文的结论对于可靠性综合评估和加速寿命试验都具有较高的实用价值。
Environmental factor is very important parameter in reliability evaluation.The research on it is concerned widely in reliability engineering.This paper discusses the environmental factor from a new point of view,and acquires the indispensable condition of failure mechanism consistency.The results in this paper are all of practical value to reliability evaluation and accelerated life testing.
