摘要
目的 探讨超声在妇产科阴道流血病因诊断中的应用。方法 对 30 0例妇产科阴道流血患者行超声检查。结果 本组收集到妇产科阴道流血的病因有 30种 ,超声诊断准确率分别为 71.4%～ 10 0 %。结论 超声对妇产科阴道流血的病因诊断率高 ,检查迅速且无痛苦 ,可作为妇产科阴道流血病因诊断的首选检查方法。
Purpose The ultrasonography was used to estimate diagnosis value in diseases of vaginal bleeding of obstetrics and gynecology through studies on 300 cases suffering these diseases. Methods 300 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography, and the results confirmed by surgical,pathologic and follow up were analysed carefully. Results In this study, diseases of vagina bleeding of obstetrics and gynecology has 30, the correct rates were 71.4%-100%. Conclusion With the advantages of the high accuracy of diagnosis,quickness of examination and acheless, ultrasonography should be first choice in examing the diseases of vagina bleeding of obsterics and gynecology.
