摘要
目的 :应用反相高效液相色谱法测定沙棘提取物中总黄酮含量。方法 :用外标法 ,以 Shim- pack ODS为固定相 ,甲醇— 0 .4%磷酸 (6 0∶ 5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 370 nm,流速为 1.0 m l/ min。结果 :槲皮素含量测定的线性范围为 0 .6 16～ 3.0 80μg(r=0 .9996 ,n=5 ) ,平均回收率为 99.2 6 % ,RSD=0 .80 % (n=5 )。结论 :本法操作简便 ,快速。
Objective: To determine the content of total flavone in Fruit of Seabuckthorn extracts by using a reverse HPLC method. Methods: A external standard method with Shim pack ODS as fixed phase and methanol 0.4% phosphoric acid (60:50) as mobile phase was used, The wavelength for detection was 370nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results: The linear range for the determination of quercetine were 0.0616～0 3080 μg(r=0.9996,n=5). The average recovery was 99.26% and the RSD was 0.80%(n=5). Conclusion: The method was easily operative, rapid and accurate.
