摘要
以新疆减压渣油中掺入不同比例的重油催化裂化油浆为原料 ,在超临界流体萃取分馏装置上 ,进行丁烷脱沥青试验。结果表明 ,油浆掺入比例为 2 0 %~ 3 0 %时 ,控制不同的萃取深度 ,可以生产出符合中国石化集团公司 Q/SHR 0 0 4 -1 998标准的 AH-70、 AH-90重交通道路沥青产品。
Solvent extraction experiment has been done,in which the feedstock of xinjiang vacuum residue was mixed with RFCC slurry by the method of Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Fractionation (SFEF).Experiment results showed that AH-70 and AH-90 asphalts for heavy traffic pavement could be produced by mixing with 20%~30% RFCC slurry in different cases
