摘要
目的 观察绿茶提取物茶多酚对铅染毒小鼠体内SOD活性、铅含量的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、醋酸铅染毒组和茶多酚实验组 ,采用肾上腺素自氧化法测定SOD活性 ,采用AAS无火焰法测定铅含量。结果 铅染毒可导致小鼠红细胞SOD活性下降 ,而茶多酚能显著增高小鼠红细胞SOD活性 ,但亦使小鼠血、肝、股骨中铅含量显著增高。结论 灌服茶多酚对铅中毒引起的机体过氧化损伤有一定的保护作用 。
Objective To study effects of tea-polyphenols on the content of SOD and lead in Lead-exposed mice.Methods Mice were divided into normal control group,lead exposure group and tea-polyphenols experimental group.Finally,the content of SOD was given by the method of Misra and the content of lead were determined by the method of AAS.Results It was found that lead exposure was able to suppress the activity of SOD in red cells of mice.But tea-polyphenols was able to recover and promote it to a higher level.As a result,tea-polyphenols was able to also increase the content of lead in blood,liver and thighbone of lead-exposed mice.Conclusion Tea-polyphenols has potent protective effects on lipid peroxidation damage induced by lead toxicity,but it can not accelerate the removal of lead from body.
