摘要
目的 评价 5 %石炭酸麻油注射治疗内痔的效果。方法 采用 5 %石炭酸麻油单次大剂量注射治疗内痔 2 45 0例 ,其中Ⅰ度 34 6例 ,Ⅱ度 12 75例 ,Ⅲ度 82 9例。结果 2 70例随访平均 16个月 ,对出血和脱垂的有效率分别为 85 9%和 34 2 % ,无一例发生出血、坏死、感染等并发症。结论 5 %石炭酸麻油单次大剂量注射治疗内痔安全有效。
Objective To assess the efficacy of the 5% phenol in sesame oil injection sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids.Methods 2450 patients with internal hemorrhoids were treated with large-dose single-session of 5% phenol in sesame oil injection sclerotherapy,including first-degree 346 cases,second-degree 1275 cases and third-degree 829 cases.Results Two hundred and seventy cases were followed up sixteen months,the effective rates for bleeding and prolapse were 85 9% and 34 2% respectively.There is no complication,such as bleeding,necrosis and infection.Conclusion Large-dose single-session of 5% phenol in sesame oil injection sclerotherapy is a safe and effective method for internal hemorrhoids.
