摘要
利用光纤的非线性效应——受激布里渊散射 (SBS)和二色镜的选频作用 ,以国产的激光二极管作泵浦源 ,在掺镱光纤激光器中得到了稳定的自调 Q光脉冲输出 .脉冲重复频率为 2 9.4MHz,脉冲半宽度约为 2 ns.
A cladding pumped self Q switched Yb 3+ fiber laser is descried in this paper. The laser diode made in China is used as pumped light source. By exploiting fiber nonlinearity stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in the fiber laser cavity, double cladding fiber as gain medium, a series of stable pulses with the full width at half maximum about 2ns and repetition frequency about 29.4MHz are demonstraded.
