摘要
以树脂砂生产大型船用柴油机缸体为例，探讨了树脂砂生产的工艺特点，认为浇注系 统和冒口的主要功能是保证铁液充型快，上升平稳和处理脏铁液。
With using furan sand mould to produce heavy diesel engine block as an example,the casting method characteristics for furan sand casting was discussed . It was considered that the main function of feeder and pouring system should e ns ure quick mould filling,metal rising smoothly and skimming off the dirty meta l.
