摘要
为了解病人使用呼吸机期间的不同需要 ,指导临床护理人员为病人提供整体护理。采用自行设计的神志清楚病人使用呼吸机期间需要调查表 ,对 30例病人使用呼吸机后前 3 d的需要进行调查。结果使用呼吸机病人迫切需要的是生理的需要、爱与所属的需要、刺激的需要 ,其排列顺序基本符合 Maslow人类基本需要层次论 ,且各种需要由于多种原因的影响在程度上有一定差别。提示护理中可以应用 Maslow人类基本需要层次论预见病人需要 ,应用 King的互动达标理论力求在护患之间建立和谐的互动关系 ,为病人提供整体护理 ,促进其身心康复。
The demands of the patients using ventilator were studied to guide the clinical nurses to provide holistic nursing care to the patients. The self designed demand surveying table for the conscious patients during ventilator used was used to investigate the demands of the patients using ventilator within 3 days. The results showed that the exigent demands of the patients using ventilator included physiology, love and stimulation. The order was basically in accordance with the arrangement theory of Maslow human basic demands. There was difference to some extent in the varied demands due to the influence of various factors. It was suggested that the arrangement theory of Maslow human basic demands could be used to predict the demands of the patients.
