无损测量血液灌注率的辅助导热平片内外温度的相位分析

Analysis on the Temperature Phases at the Two Sides of the Auxiliary Conducting Plate for Non-invasively Measuring the Blood Perfusion of Living Tissues

摘要 本文针对近期建立的血液灌注率无损测量装置中的辅助导热平片 ,通过数值模拟分析了测量过程中加热频率、各种热物性及厚度等因素对该平片内外温度相位的影响 ,由此给出了仪器设计中辅助导热平片的选取方案。这项工作为利用辅助导热平片测量简谐热流的方法建立了完整的基础 ,对研制适合于临床应用的血液灌注率无损测量仪器具有重要的参考价值 ,并有助于认识简谐热流作用下复合材料内的传热规律。 Centering on the auxiliary conducting plate in the newly developed device to measure the blood perfusion of living tissues, numerical simulations were conducted to analyse the influences of heating frequency,the thermal physical properties and the thickness of the plate, etc. to the phase of temperatures at the two sides of the plate. And strategies for selecting the auxiliary conducting plate in instrument design were sugges ted. This work is expected to provide a complete foundation for the measurement of sinusoidal heat flux using the auxiliary conducting plate, and to serve as a guide to developing the blood perfusion measurement instrumentation, meeting the clinical applications. A better understanding on the heat transfer behavior in multi layer materials, subject to a sinusoidal heating, was thus obtained.
