激光熔凝—稀土扩渗复合处理 GCr15钢的腐蚀电化学特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了激光熔凝—稀土扩渗复合处理工艺对GCr15钢耐腐蚀性能及微观组织的影响.结果表明,与单纯经过扩渗稀土表面处理试样对比,复合处理试样耐腐蚀性能明显改善。在酸性介质中,极化电流密度和致钝化电流密度减小,致钝化电位向负方向移动,钝化区加宽;循环伏安曲线所包围的面积明显减小,腐蚀电流密度大大降低,采用SEM和XRD测试分析了经过复合处理GCr15钢耐腐蚀性能改善的机理。 This paper studies the effects on corrosion resistance of GCr15 steel surface and its mi-crostructure using the multiple treatment of RE permeation combined with laser melting solidification. The results show that the corrosion resistance of samples with multiple treatment has been improved significantly, in comparison with those treated only by RE permeation. Under acid environment, both polarization current density and passivation current density remain low and polarization potential moves to negative - going direction, resulting in a broader passivation zone; in addition, the enclosed area in cyclic voltammeter curves is decreased obviously with a sharp reduction of corrosion current density. SEM and XRD are applied for analyzing the improvement mechanism of corrosion resistance.
