摘要
产品实施并行开发对缩短产品的开发周期 ,加快产品的更新换代具有重要意义。为了更有效地管理基于分布式大型复杂产品的并行开发项目 ,本文提出了一种分层结构的项目管理系统 ,以适应项目管理从个人计划转向集体计划的要求 。
It is very important to implement product conc urrent engineering for shortening development cycle and accelerating product upd ate rate. In order to manage a large complex distributed project during product concurrent development, a hierarchy project management system is presented in th is paper, which meets the requirement of transferring a person planning to a tea m planning. Therefore, the project of product concurrent development is managed and controlled more effectively.
