摘要
通过合理设计工艺试验 ,建立了电解加工阴极设计数据表 ,首创应用数据表进行阴极设计的方法。通过活扳手扳口锻模型腔加工的阴极设计和加工试验 ,证明该方法可大大缩短阴极迭代修正的次数和时间 。
By means of devising technics examinations in reason, datasheets of cathode design are established, and the means to design the cathode using the datasheets is set up. By means of cathode design and machining examination for forging mould of spanner jaws, it is proved that this method can shorten greatly the degree and time for modifing cathode iterativly, and reducing the difficulty of cathode design.
