摘要
目的 :探讨卷柏属植物大孢子微形态学特征及其在植物分类学和药材鉴定学上的意义。方法 :应用扫描电子显微镜对卷柏属 13种植物的大孢子进行观察。结果 :发现大孢子囊在孢子囊穗上着生位置有一定的规律 ;首次报道 13种卷柏的大孢子微形态特征 ,极为难得。结论 :卷柏属植物大孢子为三缝孢 ,微形态特征各不相同 ,是卷柏属植物种间鉴别的重要依据。
Objective:The aim of this work is to probe into micromophological character of megaspores of Selaginella and their significance in taxonomy.Method:Thirteen species were observed and photographed with scanning electron microscope.Results: Comparative studies on megaspores, especially ornamentation, of thirteen species in the genus of Selaginella that are first reported here.Conclusion:The size, shape, surface ornamentation, trilete, and the distribution of sporangium in sporophyll were found useful in taxonomy. The authors consider to identify thirteen species in Selaginella by micro-mophological character are reasonable.
