摘要
目的 研究国产和进口重组人生长激素 (rhGH)治疗生长激素缺乏症 (GHD)的临床效果。方法 应用国产rhGH治疗GHD 6 7例 ,身高 (118.4± 14.4)cm ,身高SDS (4 .1± 1.6 )。生长速率 (3.0± 0 .8)cm/年。进口rhGH 19例 ,身高 (12 9.3± 9.0 )cm ,身高SDS (5 .5± 1.6 ) ,生长速率 (2 .8± 1.1)cm/年。rhGH ,每公斤体重每日 0 .1IU ,疗程 6个月。结果 rhGH对这些患儿体格的线性生长有显著促进作用 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,国产rhGH治疗 6个月生长速率 (12 .6± 3.6 )cm/年 ,进口rhGH (12 .0± 2 .2 )cm/年 ,两者差异无显著性 .应用国产rhGH的完全性GHD和部分性GHD6个月的生长速率分别为 (13.4± 3.7)cm/年和 (10 .3± 2 .2 )cm/年 ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 2 )。本文 86例中 ,骨龄≤ 5岁和≥ 7岁 6个月生长速率分别为 (14.1± 3.3)cm/年和 (11.4± 2 .1)cm/年 ,P <0 .0 0 1,两者差异有高度显著性。结论 国产和进口rhGH是治疗GHD的有效药物 ,两者的治疗效果相似 ,并且完全性GHD的疗效比部分性GHD好。骨龄低年龄小效果更胜一筹。
Objective To evaluate the efficacies of both domestically manufactured and imported recombinant human Growth Hormone(rhGH)in the treatment of Growth Hormone Deciency(GHD) disease. Methods 67GHD children, including 57 boys and 10 girls with average age of (11.93±3.18)yrs, average height of (118.41±14.36)cm,height SDS (4.12±1.63), and height velocity of (2.95±0.8)cm/yr were given domestically manufactured rhGH; while imported rhGH were given to another 19 GHD boys with average age of (14.68±2.36)yrs,average height of (129.31±8.99)cm,height SDS (5.49±1.59) and height velocity of (2.81±1.13)cm/yr.The dose in both groups were same,i.e. 0.1IU·kg -1 ·d -1 ,for 6months. Results The increase in linear growth are significant in both groups, with height velocities of (12.55±3.61)cm/yr and (11.99±2.18)cm/yr in domestically manufactured and imported rhGH groups respectively but the difference is statistically nonsignificant. Whereas the difference is significant between complete and partial GHD (height velocity (13.36±3.73)cm/yr and (10.33±2.21)cm/yr, P <0.02). The difference is also highly significant ( P <0.001) in all GHD cases with bone age≤5 yrs (height velocity 14.05 ±3.31 cm/yr) compared with≥7 yr (height velocity 11.4±2.1 cm/yr)Conclusion Both domestically and imported rhGH are si milarly effective in treating GHD, more in complete GHD and more in lower bone age cases.
