摘要 目的 :通过对转基因鼠脾T细胞的分化研究 ,探讨感染初期APC的活性。方法 :细胞因子ELISA测定转基因鼠脾T细胞产生的IFN γ及IL 4,FACS鉴定T细胞为TCR TG的T细胞 (Vβ8 2品系 )。 结果 :感染鼠的APC诱导TG鼠的T细胞向Th1方向分化 ,未感染鼠的APC诱导TG鼠的T细胞向Th2方向分化 ,IL 12和IL 4可影响APC对T细胞分化的诱导。结论 :感染和外来细胞因子影响APC的提呈诱导活性。 Objective:To study the activity of APC in early phase infection by detection of the differentiation of Th0 cells from TG mice Methods:Detection of IFN γ and IL 4 by cytokine ELISA Identification of the phenotype of T cells from culture wells by FACS Results:Infected APC induced the T cells of TG mice to differentiate into Th1 cells, uninfected APC induced it into Th2 cells IL 4 and IL 12 influenced the effect of APC on the differentiation of T cells Conclusion:Infection and added cytokines influenced the presenting function of APC
