摘要
采用微波辐照诱导萃取法萃取香叶天竺葵的挥发油 ,通过对提取条件的研究得出较佳工艺 . 5 0 g新鲜香叶天竺葵叶片在 648W下 ,分别用乙醇和正己烷萃取 4 0 s,香叶油得率为0 .7% ,是常温下正己烷萃取得率的 5倍 ,而且其香味自然 .与其他提取方法比较 ,微波辐照诱导萃取法具有提取时间短、得率高。
The essence oil of Pelargonium graveoleus L′Herit was extracted by the microwave method and the condition of extracting was studied to obtain a better experimental program. The results show that when 50 g leaves of Pelargonium graveoleus L′Herit were extracted at 648 W with ethanol and n hexane for 40 s respectively, the obtained rate of essence oil is 0.7%, 4 times more than that extracted with n hexane under normal temperature, and its fragrance is more natural. The microwave method has more advantages than other extracting methods, such as, shorter extracting time, higher obtained rate and lower cost.
