摘要
提出一套用于单元化柔性制造系统 (CFMS)开发的结构化方法。主要强调和突出了建筑块 (BuildingBlock)概念以及集成开发与控制环境。建筑块是一种迷你型自治单元 ,它可以执行规划功能、计划执行和执行监控。在开发建筑块的过程中 ,用到了面向对象的软件工程方法论。基于这种方法论 ,通过一个集成CFMS开发与运作环境 ,一系列的FMS(CFMS)可由事先定义好的软件建筑块类库中产生。
A structured approach to the development of cellular FMS is described. The concepts of building block and integrated development are highlighted. A building block is a kind of miniature autonomous unit that is capable of performing the functions of planning, plan execution, and execution monitoring. In developing the building block concept, an essentially object-oriented software engineering methodology is employed. Based on this approach, a range of cellular FMS (CFMS) can be generated from a library of well-defined software building blocks through an integrated environment for CFMS development and operation.
