摘要
本文研究了整合剂水杨羟肟酸作捕收剂时0—20微米钛铁矿的浮选性能,与苯乙烯膦酸相比,水杨羟肟酸具有用量少、选择性高等优点。分选混合矿时,浮选效果与苯乙烯膦酸相似,精矿品位有所提高。吸附量、ζ—电位和红外光谱研究表明,水杨羟肟酸对钛铁矿石的吸附是化学吸附。
This paper deals with the behaviour of flotation of 0-2mm ilmenite with a chelating agent-salicylaldoximic acid as a collector. Compared with 2-phenylvinyphosphonic acid, salicylaldoximic acid is characterized by a small dose and high selectivity. For mixed ores, the flotation results obtained with salicylaldoximic acid are the same as those obtained with 2-phenylvinyphosphonic acid, but the former can improve ilmenite concentrate grade to some extent. From the measurements of adsorption amount, zetal potential and infrared spectrum, it is found that the adsorption of salicylaldoximic acid on the surface of ilmenite is a chemical adsorption.
