摘要
回顾了格拉管道的设计、施工和运行概况,对目前格拉管道工艺系统、防腐系统以及设备系统等方面暴露的问题作了分析,拟定了管道技术改造规划,使改造后的管道实现站控和中心控制室集中控制,达到泵站运行站控化,输油指挥自动化。输油管理科学化的目标,使管道的整体技术水平有进一步的提高。
The historical situations at the design,construction and operation of Golmud-Lhasa product pipeline are reviewed. In the light of the technical problems on process system,anti-corrosion system and equipment system,a systematic analysis has been carried out. A technical reform program of the pipeline based on the analytical results has been worked out,in which the pump station control and centralized control through control center will be realized to the reformed pipeline within 5 years.
