摘要
各类原油都含不同浓度水平的硫化物。含硫化合物对石油加工及其产品应用的危害是多方面的 ,如腐蚀金属设备 ,造成催化剂中毒 ,影响产品质量等。特别是近年来随着经济发展 ,汽车拥有量增多 ,含硫燃料燃烧后产生的SO2 、SO3等会严重污染环境 ,对此 ,世界各国对燃料油中的硫含量制定了较为严格的新规定。因此 ,限制油品中的硫含量具有重要意义 ,寻求高效经济的脱硫方法也是近年来一些炼油科研工作者们奋斗目标。综述了目前油品脱硫工艺技术研究的现状 ,列举了加氢 -细菌催化法、萃取法、络合法、吸附法和催化法等方法 。
Any a kind of petroleum contains sulfides in different concentration. The harms of sulfides come from many aspects to petroleum refining and product application, e.g. eroding metallic equipment, making catalyst poisoning, affecting on products output. Especially with the economy developing recently, the quantity of automobile being used increases, and the SO2, SO3 in exhaust gas produced by fuel burning seriously pollute environment, therefore, rather strict regulation about the sulfur content in gasoline has been constitu ted in every country all over the world. It is very important to restrict the sulfur content, and to find out the desulfurization methods with higher economic efficiency is the main aim of scientific researchers. The actual situation of the desulfurization process is summarized, and the means of hydrogenating-bacteria catalyzing, extracting, complexing, absorbing and catalyzing are listed, and their developing directions are discussed.
