摘要
针对我国FCC汽油辛烷值偏低及FCC装置剂油比难以提得很高的现状 ,兰州炼化公司石化研究院开发了稀土超稳Y型裂化催化剂 ,在实验室对NaY分子筛的稀土改性制备工艺、稀土与磷对催化剂性能的影响进行了考察。结果表明 ,提高稀土含量可以提高催化剂活性 ,但超过一定量则会降低汽油的MON ;改性可使B/L酸比例提高 ,同时改善催化剂的活性、稳定性及抗磨性能。制备的REUSY催化剂 ,具有活性高、干气和焦炭选择性好。
Aiming at the current situation of the rather low octane number of domestic FCC naphtha and the difficulty for raising the catalyst/oil ratio in existed FCCUs, a cracking catalyst with REUSY active component was prepared. The modification of NaY with rare earth and the effects of rare earth and phosphorus on catalyst performance were investigated in the laboratory. The results showed that rare earth could raise the catalyst activity but should be controlled in a certain amount, over this amount the MON of the cracked naphtha will be dropped. Phosphorus modification could increase the B/L acid ratio and improve the activity, stability and attrition resistant performance of the catalyst. The prepared catalyst exhibited the features of high activity, good selectivity of dry gas and coke, and higher octane number of cracked naphtha.
