摘要
对中国特有植物观光木 (TsoongiodendronodorumChun)根皮 95 %乙醇浸膏的乙酸乙酯萃取部分及首次从观光木属植物中分离得到的木香烯内酯 (costunolide)进行了ICR鼠体内S 180荷瘤的抑瘤作用研究 ,结果表明 ,该部分的 3 0 0 g/kg剂量组及木香烯内酯 (12 0 0mg/kg)剂量组经连续10d灌胃给药 ,对ICR鼠体内S 180荷瘤确有明显的抑瘤作用。
The studies of the inhibitory effect on the ICR mouse sarcoma were made for the EtOAc section of 95% ethanol extract of the root barks of T. odorum Chun and costunolide, which was isolated from the EtOAc section. The result indicated that the EtOAc section and costunolide ( 12 00 mg/kg ) had evident inhibitory effect on ICR mouse S 180 sarcoma. The growth of the ICR mouse sarcoma was inhibited evidently when the oral dosage of the EtOAc section was 3 00 g/kg .
