温度对冻存小鼠精原细胞的复苏效果 被引量:3

摘要 采用不同温度对冻存后的小鼠精原细胞进行复苏 ,测定细胞复苏率。 4℃ ,37℃ ,67℃及 97℃时的细胞复苏率分别为 2 9 7% ,87 6 % ,88 8%及 86 4%。 37℃ ,67℃及 97℃的细胞复苏率之间在统计学上无显著性差异。结果表明 :37~ 97℃复苏小鼠精原细胞均可获得较好的复苏效果 ,而 Cryopreserved mouse spermatogonia are thawed at different temperature and the recovery rates are measured. The recovery rates of mouse spermatogonia at 4?℃, 37?℃, 67?℃ and 97?℃ are 29.7%,87.6%,88.8% and 86.4% respectively. There are no significant difference between the recovery rates of 37?℃, 67?℃ and 97?℃ statistically. The results suggest that the recovery rates of mouse spermatogonia are high at 37~ 97?℃, while 4?℃ is not favorable for mouse spermatogonia recovery.
