摘要
介绍了固相增粘制备高粘度尼龙的工艺,研究了温度、催化剂、气流速度、反应时间对固相增粘效果的影响及固相增粘效果的重现性。在同一设备上该工艺可应用于不同尼龙品种,如尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙1010、尼龙11等,该工艺简单,可按需要制备,且所得产品色泽好。
The preparation of the high viscosity nylon was introduced by the solid state tackifing technique. The effects of temperature, catalyst, gas flow rate, reaction time on solid state tackifing and repeatability of solid state tackifing were studied. The same equipment can be used to prepare different nylons, such as nylon 66, nylon 6, nylon 1010, nylon 11, etc. The process is simple and flexible enough to meet special requirements and the products also have good color.
